This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit www.lessdata.com, access or use our mobile applications, or access or use any other technological product or service produced by LessData (collectively, the “Site”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

The exact Payment Information collected and used may vary depending on the payment method selected to pay for the services, but may include information such as: your name, date of birth, age, and zip code; your payment method type (i.e., credit card, debit card, etc.) and information related to your payment method (such as a debit or credit card number, expiration date, card type, card number/digits, security code, etc.); and other similar information.
• Survey and Research Data: If you choose to participate in surveys or other research, we may collect, store, and use any information you provided to us in connection with completing such surveys/research, as well as any other personal or other data you provide in connection with completing such surveys/research.

When you visit the Site, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. INFORMATION WE SHARE

We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets. Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES

We may also receive or collect information about you from third parties, and combine, store, and/or use such information with other information we may have already received or collected from you.  LessData is not responsible for, and will assume no liability, if a business partner or other third party entity collects, uses, or shares any information about you in violation of its own privacy policy or any applicable laws, rules, or agreements.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you make a purchase on the Site, we will collect your credit or debit card number, expiration date,, security code, zip code, and other payment details (collectively, “Payment Information”). We may provide Payment Information and other personal information to our third party payment processors in order to complete purchases made on the Site. Pursuant to the “Information We Share” section above, our third party payment processors are bound by obligations to keep such personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. However, we are not responsible for our third party payment processors’ use of any Payment Information or other personal information they collect in connection with your transactions on the Site.

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. Subject to applicable law, you may have certain additional rights to request access to and receive information about the personal information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, and have your personal information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. LessData has reasonable security measures in place in an effort to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please note, however, that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure and we cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place will never be defeated or fail, or that such measures will always be sufficient or effective. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any Site privacy settings or our security measures.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

LessData is based in and operates the Site out of the United States. When we obtain personal information about you, we may process such information outside of the country in which you are located, including in the United States. The countries in which we process your information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you are located. We will protect your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

The Site is not directed to, and LessData does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

LessData reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will indicate on the Site that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use.
